The project comprises of 2 phases, which combine the Fast Implementation Track (FIT) approach, with the standard Avanade Connected Methods (ACM) approach. Phase 1 successfully deployed Dynamics AX Finance. Phase 2 will see Professional Services for Dynamics AX and Service Management for Dynamics AX deployed.

TeliaSonera, an international telecommunications company, needed to upgrade their Exchange 2003 environment to support today’s collaborative workplace. With the objective to reduce cost and improve availability, the system of choice was the latest version of Microsoft Exchange 2007.

TeliaSonera chose Avanade as the preferred partner to deliver their new Email system for their expertise in desktop transformation. Avanade introduced a cost-effective upgrade strategy that addressed TeliaSonera environment’s performance issues and increasing costs of mailbox management.
