Everyone on the team has a major impact and influences our rapid growth. There’s no sitting on the sidelines and watching − it’s all progress, all the time. Everything is expanding and everyone is learning. The Dev team is working with cutting edge HTML5 and NoSQL programming. Professional Services consultants are deploying the latest Microsoft technologies, and Operations teams are managing tens of thousands of users and getting more hands-on experience in one year than they would in five at a regular corporate IT job.
Oh, and did we talk about pace? Whether it’s our patented technology or our test systems, we like to move fast and break things in our technology development. We always test and dogfood new technology and new configurations in our labs before it gets installed or configured in any customer environment.
