The Avanade technology platform is made up of two parts: ViewX for monitoring, alerting, reporting and visualization, and SecureX for management and remediation. Our patented technology platform enables Network Operations Center (NOC) staff to see and interpret millions of data points per day from servers deployed around the world, and proactively resolve issues before they are detected by IT or end-users.


With instantaneous remote access to customer machines, our engineers are able to resolve issues quickly and securely using logged, auditable, repeatable, and scripted remote command execution – all without asking our customers to alter their security practices.
