​ViewX CIO Dashboard

At Avanade we believe in transparency, and we don't hide behind our SLA. Once a system is deployed, all customers can use our Avanade ViewX Dashboard to “look over the shoulder" of our NOC (Network Operations Center) personnel. This dashboard allows us to provide you with full access to and transparency into any of the Managed Services for Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, MDM or Lync systems being provided by Avanade. The dashboard will:

• Allow you to view a top set of dashboard metrics relating to each of your systems being monitored.

• Provide you with a location from which you can access and download pre-configured PDF reports about your system on a monthly basis.

• Allow you to see the top Severity 1 alerts relating to your system being worked at any given moment by the Avanade NOC.

• Provide you with the ability to begin to calculate your IT costs in direct relation to your desired business outcomes.

• Allow you to access your topline systems info either from the office or on the road from your mobile device.
