Bernd Weidenmueller is Vice President in the Global Dynamics AX Service Line at Avanade with more than 13 years of experience in the ERP industry. Based in Seattle, he is responsible for global market- and capability development for Avanade’s ERP Services. Prior to Avanade, Bernd worked at Accenture for 10 years, most recently as a director in Accenture’s BPO organization. In this capacity he was responsible for ERP technology on Accenture’s BPO programs as well as for the Accenture BPO relationship with SAP. Prior to Accenture, Bernd worked as a project manager for Hewlett Packard’s OpenView Software Division.

The business culture here in China often demands detailed proof and analytical data before launching into a longer term product investment. Great post, Florin! I have also found myself, at times, talking about how 'technology' has made the world better. One point I often find interesting is what people think 'technology' is. It tends to change over time, and probably generation to generation. Good point Dee. Think a combination of real-time and asynchronous mechanism can be very powerful.
