Good point Dee. Think a combination of real-time and asynchronous mechanism can be very powerful. Good article Florin. When most people think of social collaboration (within an IT or business context at least), they tend to think of asynchronous collaboration tools like Yammer!, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Whilst there is no denying these types of tools are important, ubiquitous and pervasive, I really think that social collaboration needs to consider real : Dee Chury commented on The Three Frontiers of Social Collaboration
