Some good common sense thinking. I agree it's wise to start out small (3 Agility). The business culture here in China often demands detailed proof and analytical data before launching into a longer term product investment. Great post, Florin! I have also found myself, at times, talking about how 'technology' has made the world better. One point I often find interesting is what people think 'technology' is. It tends to change over time, and probably generation to generation. Good point Dee. Think a combination of real-time and asynchronous mechanism can be very powerful.
