This customer provides diverse network facilities and is a national network which provides intensive support to its client. Over the past few years the company has lived through a major development: the change towards a network economy. It had also experienced major growth during the previous year. The organisation has three growing office, but suffered from a decentralized structure.

The company decided that, in order to achieve greater growth and professionalism, it was necessary to implement a new CRM system. Information sharing is what the client needed most. The option for employees to work within a cloud environment would enable them to work more effectively. The client also opted to implement Live Mesh®, which would enable to sharing of dynamic files.

The new applications have made it much easier for the client to manage appointments centrally and to record, track and monitor them. Microsoft SharePoint® 2007 has also been adopted as an intranet information portal. This system is used for managing event invitations or when other static information needs to be shared across the organization.
