To decrease operational costs of appointment bookings, Terveystalo wanted to increase the volume of online booking by customers. This meant that the user experience required substantial improvement. Terveystalo’s analysis showed that a new customer portal solution based on Microsoft platform would make a huge difference.

Using Microsoft .NET™ and SQL Server® technology, the eConcept project renewed Terveystalo’s current online booking system, including the service search functionality. The project also established a new extranet for occupational health care customers.

Today Terveystalo offers a portal with a significantly improved user experience for its customers. This has resulted in a high increase in the amount of online bookings. Customers now have a convenient way to access Terveystalo’s services. The new modernized and harmonized portal platform also ensures smooth and agile development of the portal in future.
