Avanade initiates Quick Scan to improve current Dynamics AX implementation

Business Situation
Horeca Nederland had recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX™ with another supplier, but the project was not finalized and, consequently, follow-up projects around collaboration could not start.  The company wanted an independent quick scan on this implementation and a report around improvements for future phases of their project.

 

Situation
Liaising closely with the client, Avanade initiated a full assessment of the technology.  Using the Avanade Delivery methods would give the customer insight to how the current projects were managed and how the different parties (including the client) performed.  Avanade would also able to successfully provide the approach for their new projects around collaboration

 

Results
Based on our findings, our client were able to quickly conclude the current project and define a new deliver strategy for the future projects.  Avanade not only identified and addressed issues with the initial implementation, but helped the client to improve the planning and management of future projects.
