Using Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server, RSA worked together with Avanade, Accenture and Microsoft to create a publishing process that leverages applications and content between Nordic countries, companies and brands.

​As part of a highly strategic program to streamline and optimize its Nordic business operations, RSA wished to consolidate its applications for the web channel, which historically have been highly disparate.

​Solution
The “power of three” alliance of Accenture, Avanade and Microsoft have created a comprehensive platform, based on SharePoint technology, that allows RSA to achieve its goals of web consolidation and efficiency.  The goal is to increase the significance and utilization of the web channel, and to improve its operational efficiency through a single pan-Nordic web platform.

Results​
This consolidation gives RSA the required operational efficiency that allows RSA to better capitalize on its web presence though improved customer satisfaction and better cross-selling. Internally RSA now has a common Nordic publishing process, and the platform enables re-use of applications and content between countries, companies and brands.
