Pam Maynard, started her working life at Avanade as head of enterprise applications and infrastructure consulting bringing 15 years experience in IT to the role. Pam was responsible for application development, information management & collaboration, infrastructure consulting, and project management & outsourcing for Avanade in the UK. In September 2010 Pam took over as General Manager for UK and Ireland.
Pam joined Avanade in 2008 from Capgemini where her role as head of IT performance improvement, involved transforming IT capabilities for clients both in the UK and internationally. These skills, and her leadership of global accounts, gave Pam a solid grounding in IT consultancy which has driven her to her current position today at Avanade. Having worked as an account manager, she brings a wealth of expertise in client management, and understanding the need for synergy between her UK team and Global affiliates.
Pam has also held positions in IT strategy and programme management at Ernst and Young, and in consultancy role at Oracle, all assisting her position at the global consultancy, Avanade.
A keen music lover, Pam spends her free time playing saxophone in a soul and blues band, which plays charity and family events.
