As Executive Vice President, North Americas Dynamics AX Service Line, Mike oversees the company priorities of growing Avanade’s Dynamics AX business in North Americas.
Jack develops the strategy and leads the operations for Avanade’s Global Delivery Network in the North Americas, which includes a variety of different workforces located in delivery centers across the US and Canada.Jack is a veteran leader with more than 30 years in the consulting industry managing complex multi-national audits, business consulting and technology related projects. Jack joined Avanade in 2003 as Account Executive. In 2004 he became Chief Delivery Officer for the North Americas and in 2005, assumed additional responsibility as General Manager for the North Americas Delivery Network. Prior to Avanade, Jack spent 27 years at Arthur Andersen, serving organizations in various industries. In addition, he was responsible for the Assurance Technology and Knowledge Management organization serving Arthur Andersen’s 70,000 partners and employees around the world.Jack has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified System Auditor.
Jerry is responsible for the growth of Avanade’s business in the Eastern United States, and together with his team, is focused on establishing long-term relationships with customers across the geography.Prior to his current role, Jerry oversaw North Americas’ sales, marketing and alliance relationships, as well as customer acquisition, growth and client satisfaction across the U.S. and Canada. He joined Avanade in 2007 to lead sales in the Central Region, and was promoted to General Manager after securing a number of high profile customers and driving high customer satisfaction.Prior to joining Avanade, Jerry held various positions leading sales, channel and services organizations over 13 years at Microsoft, most recently as the U.S. General Manager for Consulting Services and Support for the financial services industry.Jerry earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with High Honors in Administrative Computer Systems from Hofstra University in NY, and has completed executive training at MIT and Harvard Universities.
Craig is responsible for the management of all North America Service Lines, the Office of Delivery, and the North America workforces (NAGDN). His strong technical and business acumen enables him to ensure that the company maintains close alignment and a consistent approach in North America across all Service Lines and workforces.Prior to his current role, Craig served as the Operating Unit Executive for Avanade’s business in the Eastern United States. He previously served as the General Manager for the U.S. South Region, and spent five years managing Avanade’s .NET practice in the Western United States in the early 2000s. Before joining Avanade in August 2000, Craig was with Accenture, working as a technical architect, guiding numerous projects for Fortune 100 customers in the Products and Communications & High-Tech industries.Craig has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
