Avanade Ignition
As a new college hire, you will participate in Avanade’s Ignition Training Program. Specifically designed for recent college grads, this training program will prepare you to work on Avanade projects and facilitate the transition from an academic to professional environment. During the 5 weeks of Ignition training you will: learn the Microsoft stack of technologies you need to do your job, gain experience working with a customer to create a customized business solution and become familiar with Avanade’s proprietary tools and methodologies. You’ll build a network of peers with whom you will grow your career and life-long friendships. The first three weeks of Ignition are done remotely from your home or local office, and the last two weeks of training take place at the Avanade US Headquarters in Seattle, WA.
