As a multi-company Benelux organization with an ambitious growth strategy, the Acertys Group felt the need to move towards an integrated IT platform operating across the current and possible new, future company sites.
The project proved challenging , as the newly implemented ERP solution would have to support and automate, in an integrated way, a very diverse range of business processes from project and service management to distribution and quality management.
After carefully evaluating several other solutions as well, the Acertys management finally chose to cooperate with Avanade for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
The high functional fit of the Avanade solution, Avanade’s expertise and years of experience in project, service and warehouse management as well as the access to Avanade’s long-term post-implementation support convinced the Acertys Group to partner with Avanade.
During the one-year implementation period all project challenges were tackled successfully. The many different modules of the ERP solution are fully integrated into one system, currently operating across three corporate entities. This change process was made possible by a correct amount of training and the cooperation of the Acertys team.
The Acertys Group management is especially appreciative of the very systematic project approach that was applied throughout the entire implementation phase and the professionalism of the Avanade project team. With the go-live successfully completed, Acertys is able to fully utilize their new capabilities assisted by Avanade’s Application Management Competence Center (AMCC) for all further post-implementation support.
