CACEIS Corporate Trust (CT) is the French subsidiary of the CACEIS banking group and specialises in issuer services.  The Trust required mew software to manage annual general meetings (AGMs) for its clients.

​Solution
​Avanade delivered a sophisticated software client with a rich user interface that made it easy for CACEIS CT’s staff to use the system. The system integrated with diaries in Lotus Notes® for scheduling.  Avanade built the system using Microsoft® Windows® Workflow Foundation and Microsoft .NET™3.5.

​Results
​CACEIS CT now has a system that is robust enough to cope with more AGMs, more customers and increased numbers of shareholders. The new system is upgradeable, which makes it easier to add new functionality and support changes in legislation. The new general meeting management tool will ultimately eliminate the need for Lotus Notes licensing, thus leading to substantial cost savings.
