Business Situation
Numerous emails, phone calls, committee meetings and appointments occur daily in connection with these mutual funds and restricted funds for select customers.  In order to achieve a high standard of efficiency Frankfurt-Trust realised it required optimised process automation with linked databases.

 

Solution
Frankfurt-Trust had successfully engaged with Avanade on a previous IT project, so it was no surprise that Avanade was first choice again.  Working in cooperation with the client's experts, and according to their exact specifications, Avanade were engaged to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.  The solution was installed into an already existing virtualised environment.

 

Results
Employees of Frankfurt-Trust are now enjoying the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  Overall, the volume of manual activities has reduced considerably since implementation.  Actions can now be managed with a few mouse clicks that previously required laborious manual handling.  In addition, many processed in the fund business have become much simpler and shorter since the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
