 Intesa SanPaolo is a major European private banking group.  It wanted to provide some of its customers with applications that give a high-level user experience.

Solution

Avanade were engaged to work with Intesa SanPaolo to design applications which would allow it to provide some of its products and services through Microsoft Surface SDK.

Results

Avanade has devleoped a set of applications for Microsoft Surface:

• View Bing mapt to locate bank branches and their main information (opening hours, contacts etc)
• Publish bank press releases, with the ability to select items using predefined filters
• Interface withthe service Telekurs to provide current information on global stock markets, with the ability to filter the equities of interest and study historical and current data.
