Creating a global template with Microsoft Dynamics AX

Business Situation

In order to create an even stronger market share there is a need to harmonise business processes and create KPIs across the company.  With multiple and disparate ERP platforms, Microsoft Dynamics AX have been chosen to be one of two group ERP platforms.

The solution will have more than 600 concurrent Microsoft Dynamics AX users when fully implemented.

​Lantmännen Unibake now has a single, global ERP solution for the entire unit fully integrated with harmonized business processes. This will enable them to streamline the business and have valid up to date KPIs in order for making the appropriate decisions to optimize the business.
