Healthcare support improved using Dynamics CRM

Business Situation

At the start of 2010, the TicSalut Foundation was looking to introduce a system which would optimize the management of its associations with internal clients (68 hospitals, 500 primary care centres, 90 healthcare centres, 71 mental health institutions) and external clients (over 140 technology enterprises).

Solution

As a result of the collaboration agreement established in 2009 with the TicSalut Foundation, Avanade had already introduced collaborative environments for work groups based on Microsoft SharePoint®. TicSalut used this agreement to initiate a project to introduce Microsoft Dynamics CRM™ to manage its relationship with clients from the healthcare sector and with external technology partners and suppliers.

Results

TicSalut has found the main benefits to be:
  • Increased knowledge and control of its relationship with clients.
  • The ability to obtain information and real-time status of projects managed by TicSalut and the different parties' participation.
  • An increase in advisor productivity and efficiency, as they have access to quality information from the cross-analyses of supply and demand.
