Solution

Avanade® worked with personnel from Intesa Information Systems and Services to analyze, design and implement an architecture for managing correspondence among the entities across the Bank. Optimizing the existing infrastructure, Avanade helped to integrate new and powerful tools for managing certified documents.

The solution met needs related to a document's preparation and those related to its reception, actioning and sorting. Documents, once drafted, are non-amendable and have a 128-bit cryptography key, to protect the integrity of the information in line with the most up-to-date security rules and protocols.

The solution is built on the Microsoft .NET platform, using Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Microsoft SharePoint. The integration with external systems, has been facilitated standards such as Web Services and XML.
