Business Situation
Orion felt as though their intranet did not live up to their vision of a collaborative tool. A tool that the users use in their daily work, for information sharing and end user self service.
Solution
The intranet/collaboration solution was developed on MOSS 2007 and integrated with FAST to be able to obtain and share information between end users on the intranet portal.
Results
The combination of FAST and SharePoint in the new intranet offers great possibilities for finding information within the company and to improve the collaboration between users.
