Using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, RSA worked together with Avanade, Accenture and Microsoft to create a publishing process that leverages applications and content between Nordic countries, companies and brands.

​As part of a highly strategic programme to streamline and optimise its Nordic business operations, RSA wished to consolidate its applications for the web channel, which historically have been highly disparate.  The organisation's regional offices were managing multiple Internet platforms on different technology stacks and outside vendors were hired to maintain the systems, which was proving to be costly and inefficient for the company.

​Solution
The alliance of Accenture, Avanade and Microsoft worked with RSA to create a comprehensive platform based on Microsoft SharePoint technology to consolidate their web technology platforms.

Results​
The consolidation effort allowed the company to reduces costs, gain efficiencies and improve time to market.  In addition, RSA was able to increase the significance and utilisation of the web channel and to improve its operational efficiency through a single pan-Nordic web platform.
