Business Situation
Accenture and Avanade has delivered Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 to FINN.no, the largest online marketplace in Norway.
​Solution
Accenture has been involved since early 2009 helping FINN redefine the overall sales process, and Avanade since early 2010 when Dynamics CRM 4.0 was selected as the platform. The goal of the project’s first phase was to introduce the new sales process and supporting system to the sales personnel and management of FINN - providing an integrated solution to the end users.
​Results
The sales personnel use CRM 4.0 as their main tool for identifying sales opportunities, following up customers, placing orders and basic customer support. The delivery of CRM phase 1 in November 2010 included integration with Dynamics AX 2009, the internal sales and ad management systems in FINN and company data from central governmental registries. Custom reports, account 360 views, contract templates etc. were also parts of the delivery to support management process insight. Together with AX, CRM provides the basis for a data warehouse FINN is currently developing. The roadmap for CRM at FINN includes integrating with more systems, introducing a larger external sales force to CRM to increase market push, continuous improvement of the processes, reports, tools etc., and upgrading to CRM 2011.
