​Business Situation
EVS had implemented Axapta v3.0, but due to internal issues and some implementation partner switches, the project did not attain its initial objectives.  Because of this, various legacy applications emerged and lay at the basis of the current fragmented IT platform.

Solution​
Avanade proposed a solution on Dynamics AX that met the complete spectrum of the company’s needs. Thanks to our ACM‑FIT methodology, we were able to clearly differentiate our project approach. Also, the option of working with the AMCC in future, gave further confidence that Avanade would be the best strategic partner.

​Results
In addition to the savings in operational costs, the new Dynamics AX platform will allow EVS to integrate their current business processes in all their facilities and support their future growth and keep IT development costs to a minimum.
