Gemeente Breda is one of Netherlands largest councils in the south of Holland.

Their goal was to implement a sound infrastructure to allow for digital processing of their daily requests. Avanade has supported Breda by realizing this front- and middle-office application.

This project was a first of its kind in Holland, as it allows CRM to play a major role supporting the digital processing of customer requests.​
