Solution
Hitachi decided to upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, leveraging the enhanced new functionality, especially around warehouse management. Because Hitachi wanted to minimize the number of customizations it decided to review all program customizations together with business processes and usage of a more standard AX solution.
