Over some years, this client had gone through several mergers and acquisitions, which resulted in having several legacy CRM systems. Several divisions existed in parallel with, more or less, their own IT setup, processes and organization linked, but with no central control or consistency. The client required a new corporate CRM system.

 

Solution
Avanade implemented Microsoft® Dynamics™ CRM to 100 cross-group information workers. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Outlook® client and Microsoft Office® 2003 Sp3 was installed to support business processes and assist in providing better report functionality, a simplified and modern CRM system that suits the business needs.

Results
The customer now has one single CRM system to support both lead generation and business rules to follow up on existing customers. Before implementing MS CRM the customer needed approx. one week to gather and report sales pipeline figures. Now it is done within the hour.
