Business Situation
SEB Asset Management had several applications to store and access their customer information. The project goal was to integrate the disparate system information into one consolidated system.
Although a previous CRM solution was in place, a more flexible platform that could be easily operated was required. This would enable SEB to merge all existing business contact information and increase efficiency and access for future contact additions.
Solution
Microsoft Dynamics 3.0 was seamlessly integrated into the business as the new centralized CRM application, replacing the pre-existing CRM system.
The newly implemented CRM platform provides a complete account view of respective customer portfolios and organizes internal information, in addition to performing crucial business procedures needed for the business to operate efficiently.
Results
- Increased user acceptance mainly due to user’s familiarity with Microsoft product look & feel and the native integration to Outlook
- Customization of the MS CRM application provides the required CRM functionality based on input from business team – ensures high commitment of business users into the solution
