Thiess Services required Avanade to develop a system to bridge information gaps, build in benchmarks and accountability to meet KPI’s, eliminate costly manual data duplication, create a tracking system and streamline management.

Avanade designed and developed an integrated, multi-task Intranet solution across the Thiess Services enterprise. The Thiess Services Tracking System (TSTS) – links all processes and manages all facets of the waste operation cycle ‘live’
