SINGAPORE—December 13, 2021

Avanade, the leading digital innovator on the Microsoft ecosystem, today announced the appointment of Bhavya Kapoor as managing director to lead its Southeast Asia business. In this role, Bhavya is responsible for accelerating the growth of Avanade’s business as well as expanding Avanade’s capabilities and pool of talent in the region.

Based in Singapore, Bhavya reports directly to Rodrigo Caserta, Avanade’s Growth Markets Area President. He will also be part of the company’s Growth Markets Leadership Team.

Bhavya joins Avanade with close to two decades of diverse experience in business management, technology and consulting, and a strong track record of establishing and scaling businesses in high-growth markets that included Asia Pacific, Japan, Middle East and the Indian subcontinent.

Bhavya has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from SP Jain School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications.
