Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für Avanade’s Geschäftsentwicklung im österreichischen Mittelstand (Vertriebspipeline und Ergebnisse)
- Erstellung und Umsetzung eines Businessplans für das definierte Marktsegment
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Marketing KollegInnen Planung und Exekution von Marketingkampagnen zur Leadgenerierung
- Ansprache der (Neu)kunden über diverse Kanäle
- Mitgestaltung bei der Lokalisierung unserer Offerings für den österreichischen MIttelstand
- Durchführen des gesamten Vertriebszyklus vom Erstkundentermin bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss mit Unterstützung unserer Fachexperten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern zur Generierung von Neugeschäft
- Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung zu aktuellen Marktentwicklungen, Wettbewerbsangeboten sowie Marktdurchdringung von Services und Lösungen
Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Microsoft und weiteren Partnern zum Ausbau des eigenen Kundenportfolios.
- Leadership-Erfahrung zur Aussteuerung unserer Teams
- Fähigkeit, Hindernisse frühzeitig zu erkennen und schnelle, effektive Lösungen zu deren Überwindung anzuwenden.
- Erfolgreiche Tätigkeit als Business-Development-Hunter mit ausgeprägter Abschlussstärke.
- Ausgeprägte Trusted-Advisor-Qualitäten bei der Adressierung geschäftlicher Kundenanforderungen.
- Erfahrung im lösungsorientierten Vertrieb auf C‑Level-Ebene sowie im Positionieren wertbasierter Verträge entlang konkreter Kunden-KPIs.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch.

Participate across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment and support

Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of professional experience in software or full‑stack development
Hands‑on experience using AI and Generative AI tools in application development
Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI agents or AI‑powered features
Strong experience with front‑end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Solid backend/API development experience with Python, .NET Core, Node.js
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. SQL Server, Cosmos DB)
Understanding of containers and container orchestration
Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Your Role
As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will design, implement, and operate modern cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
You work hands‑on with cloud platforms and services, supporting customers in building secure, scalable, and reliable environments while collaborating closely with architects, developers, and operations teams.
You contribute actively to cloud transformations, application modernization, and platform improvements, ensuring solutions follow best practices and operational standards.
Your Responsibilities
Implement and operate Azure cloud solutions, including compute, networking, storage, and platform services
Support the setup and evolution of Azure landing zones and cloud foundations
Provision and configure Azure resources using Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Bicep, Terraform, ARM)
Support application deployments and integrations across Azure services (e.g. App Services, Functions, AKS, data services)
Build a CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Support cloud security and identity concepts (e.g. Entra ID / Azure AD, role‑based access, network security)
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues across development, test, and production environments
Work closely with solution architects to implement architectural designs and standards
Contribute to documentation, technical guidelines, and operational handover
Your Profile
Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure in engineering or operations roles
Good understanding of cloud concepts, virtual networking, identity, and security
Experience with automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Azure CLI)
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and version‑controlled deployments
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Understanding of monitoring, logging, and operational best practices in cloud environments
Willingness to learn and grow toward more complex cloud and platform responsibilities
Ability to work in a team‑oriented, customer‑focused environment
