Deine Rolle
Als Praktikant:in im Bereich CRM Consulting unterstützt du unser Team bei der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen unserer Kunden und wirkst bei der Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement mit.
Du erhältst Einblicke in die Einführung, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von CRM‑Lösungen und lernst, wie Unternehmen ihre Sales‑, Service‑ und Marketingprozesse digital optimieren.
Dabei arbeitest du eng mit erfahrenen Consultant:innen, Fachbereichen und interdisziplinären Projektteams zusammen und wirst strukturiert in das Beratungsumfeld eingeführt.
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Lösungen mit Microsoft Dynamics 365
(Field Service, Customer Service, Contact Center sowie Sales & Marketing) - Mitarbeit bei der Nutzung von Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement und der Power Platform
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse, Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung von CRM‑ und Serviceprozessen
- Mitwirkung in verschiedenen Projektphasen – von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Umsetzung und zum Rollout
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops
- Mitarbeit in agilen und interdisziplinären Projektteams

Your Role
As an AI Software Engineer (Full stack, Frontend, Backend) , you design, develop, and integrate AI‑enabled and Generative AI‑powered solutions into modern applications.
You work hands‑on across the full stack while applying AI technologies to enhance user experiences, automate processes, and deliver measurable business value.
Depending on your experience, you may also lead small development teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to solution design and technical decision‑making.
You collaborate closely with product owners, designers, architects, and other engineers as part of multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Your Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure full‑stack applications
Integrate Generative AI capabilities into applications and development workflows
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI agents to support automation and improved user interaction
Implement AI‑driven features using modern frameworks, APIs, and services
Collaborate with designers, product owners, and fellow developers to deliver high‑quality software
Participate across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment and support
Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code aligned with best practices
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues across applications and AI components
Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and actively contribute to continuous improvement
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of professional experience in software or full‑stack development
Hands‑on experience using AI and Generative AI tools in application development
Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI agents or AI‑powered features
Strong experience with front‑end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Solid backend/API development experience with Python, .NET Core, Node.js
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. SQL Server, Cosmos DB)
Understanding of containers and container orchestration
Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Fluency in German and English are a mandatory requirement
