Binnen Avanade ontwerpen en implementeren we complexe Dynamics 365 CE oplossingen voor organisaties met uiteenlopende eisen op het gebied van performance en gebruikerservaring. Naarmate CE omgevingen groeien en AI een grotere rol krijgt wordt performance een cruciaal kwaliteitsaspect.
Binnen deze afstudeeropdracht ga je onderzoeken hoe technische keuzes binnen Dynamics 365 CE en Dataverse invloed hebben op performance, schaalbaarheid en gebruikerservaring, en hoe prestaties inzichtelijk, meetbaar en structureel verbeterd kunnen worden. De focus ligt op technische architectuur, configuratie en metingen, in relatie tot realistische CE scenario’s.
Achtergrond
Dynamics 365 CE (model driven apps) draait als een distributed cloud application met Dataverse als backend. De gebruikerservaring wordt beïnvloed door onder andere:
• Netwerk roundtrips en browserinteracties
• Dataverse throughput en API calls
• Solution opbouw en ALM keuzes
• Formulier- en view complexiteit
• Custom code zoals JavaScript, plugins en PCF controls
• De toenemende inzet van AI functionaliteit
Omdat prestaties direct impact hebben op productiviteit en adoptie van gebruikers, is het essentieel om te begrijpen waar performance winst te behalen valt, welke keuzes daarin het meeste effect hebben en hoe dit objectief gemeten kan worden. Binnen deze opdracht onderzoek je dit vanuit een technisch perspectief.

Binnen Avanade werken we dagelijks aan het ontwerpen en implementeren van Dynamics 365 CE oplossingen voor uiteenlopende organisaties. AI speelt hierin een steeds grotere rol, bijvoorbeeld via Copilot, generatieve AI, voorspellingen en slimme suggesties.
Binnen deze afstudeeropdracht ga je onderzoeken hoe AI in Dynamics 365 CE op een functionele manier kan worden ingezet om werkprocessen slimmer, efficiënter en waardevoller te maken en onder welke voorwaarden dit in de praktijk ook echt lukt.
Achtergrond
Dynamics 365 CE wordt steeds vaker verrijkt met AI-functionaliteit (zoals Copilot, generatieve AI, voorspellende inzichten en slimme suggesties). In de praktijk blijkt echter dat AI pas waarde levert als:
• De use cases goed gekozen zijn (waar zit echt tijdswinst of kwaliteitswinst?)
• De data en processen er klaar voor zijn (datakwaliteit, definities, datatoegang)
• Er adoptie en vertrouwen ontstaat (uitlegbaarheid, “human in the loop”, training)
• Er governance en compliance is (security, privacy, rollen, logging, risico’s)
• De waarde meetbaar wordt gemaakt (KPI’s, baseline, monitoring)
Een functioneel consultant is bij uitstek de schakel om AI niet “als feature” maar als procesverbetering neer te zetten, passend bij de organisatie.

Deliver high-impact, short-format Adoption & Change Management (ACM) engagements that unlock Microsoft AI Products value fast. You facilitate, diagnose, prioritize, enable, and leave customers with concrete artifacts, actions, owners, and metrics—within hours, not weeks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business case identification and prioritization based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals.
Shape and execute enterprise-level Copilot adoption strategies that align with business priorities and transformation goals.
Facilitate structured readiness assessments to evaluate organizational, skilling, and enablement maturity and recommend practical action plans.
Develop and support execution of skilling, enablement, and internal communications strategies to drive user engagement and adoption.
Engage business and IT stakeholders to monitor progress, track value, and optimize adoption strategies based on feedback and usage signals.
Apply Microsoft frameworks and tools to facilitate structured reviews, value realization planning, and success measurement.
Core ACM Competencies
As an adoption expert, you are expected to perform the below tasks at a senior level:
Capabilities assessment:
stakeholder mapping, persona analysis, workflow time-and-motion snapshots, enablement maturity, change risks.
Adoption Planning & Governance (non-technical)
Build 12-week adoption plan with ADKAR milestones map, sponsor roadmaps, resistance plans, reinforcement tactics, RAID log, RACI, comms & training calendar, and value tracking plan.
Design executive steering cadences with KPI pack & decision log.
Enablement & Training
Design persona-based curricula, with measurable learning outcomes
Design train-the-trainer bootcamps; with observation rubrics and pass/fail criteria.
Design internal champions certification materials
Produce ready-to-ship materials: quick start guides, “prompt recipes,” micro-videos, in-app nudges,... etc
Champions program
Design champion programs with champion charter, nomination mail template, recruitment mechanisms via manager nomination; first 30-day schedule, monthly champions scoreboards, champion activity & impact tracking, ..etc.
Communications & Engagement
Produce quarterly comms plan; maintain a content calendar; A/B test subject lines; report reach, open, CTR, and behavior lift.
Produce adoption narrative artifacts (why now, wins, next wave, challenges, leaderboards).
Produce tips artifacts: weekly short posts, bi-weekly champion spotlight, monthly town hall agendas with live demos and Q&A, FAQ drafts, launch emails
Content production
Write 1-page cheat sheets, 2-minute screen-caps, manager talk-tracks, …etc.
Facilitation & coaching
Design executive showcases, floor walks, office hours, …etc.
Ability to convert objections into experiments with clear next steps.
Feedback & support:
Design team inbox, surveys, office hours schedules, FAQ knowledge base, sentiment tracking mechanisms.
Measurement & Value Realization
Design live adoption dashboards (WAU/DAU, depth of use, role cohorts, training completion, help-desk deflection); with baseline capture guide.
Design pre/post workflow studies for priority use cases; with calculations of time saved × frequency × role count.
Design continuous feedback loops: surveys, office hours, shadowing, ... etc
Adoption analytics & Value quantification
Design weekly KPI packs (reach, activation, depth, retention, satisfaction, value); cohort analysis; funnel diagnostics; experiment readouts.
Design Pre/post measurements, counterfactuals, and ROI models
Scale & Sustain
Produce industrialized playbooks for new BUs (starter kit, checklist, templates).
Design transition and sustainment plans: champions incentives, refresher paths, quarterly retros.
Core Microsoft/AI Competencies
AI Use-case engineering (non-technical): Facilitate workshops to decompose tasks, map prompt patterns, define acceptance tests, and assign owners; deliver a scored backlog for prioritization (RICE/ICE) and go/no-go criteria
Articulate AI Transformation business value, map to business KPIs and baselines, capture pilot results, maintain a value register, and craft exec-ready narratives linking signals to outcomes.
Persona & workflow analysis: Build “day-in-the-life” task inventories; run time-and-motion studies; convert to AI transformation workflow with Pre/post measurement plan (baseline source + target metrics).
Drive Prompt Pattern Labs and produce prompt “recipes” mapped to the customer’s context, a “good→better→best” prompt ladder and lab handouts.
Analytics: Pull from M365 Admin Center usage/adoption, Adoption Score category measures, Viva Insights aggregated behavior signals, and Forms surveys to triangulate reach, activation, depth, and behavior change. Maintain a KPI dictionary with thresholds and experiment guardrails
Knowledgeably articulate principle of AI Safety, author acceptable-use and safe-prompting guidelines; run short user safety briefs. create a risk register (data leakage, hallucination), an incident comms playbook, and quick drills.
Socialize Microsoft Responsible AI principles (fairness, reliability & safety, privacy & security, inclusiveness, transparency, accountability). Embed in training/comms with clear escalation paths.
Core Consulting Competencies
7–10+ years in enterprise ACM with Microsoft 365; 2+ years in short-format consulting (workshops/accelerators).
Demonstrated ability to produce assets same-day: backlogs, labs, comms, KPI scaffolds.
Ability to rapidly scope and tailor engagement set to constraints (time, role mix, data access).
Multi-industry exposure; comfort switching contexts multiple times per week.
Facilitate exec and practitioner discussions; keep decisions moving with visible timers, parking lot, and a decision log.
Facilitation & objection handling: Convert “AI fear/quality/safety” into experiments with owners and dates; keep rooms outcome focused.

Responsabilidades
- Conduzir investigações avançadas utilizando CrowdStrike Falcon, incluindo análise de malware, forense digital e validação de TTPs.
- Correlacionar, investigar e contextualizar eventos de segurança em Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk e SIEMs tradicionais como QRadar, ArcSight, Securonix e Elastic.
- Desenvolver e manter regras de detecção avançadas utilizando KQL, SPL e recursos nativos dos SIEMs.
- Planejar e executar atividades de threat hunting baseadas em MITRE ATT&CK, inteligência de ameaças, STIX/TAXII e consultas avançadas.
- Criar, manter e evoluir playbooks avançados em plataformas SOAR (Cortex XSOAR, Phantom, FortiSOAR), utilizando Python, PowerShell e Bash.
- Reproduzir ataques e validar detecções por meio de simulações ofensivas com Kali Linux.
- Investigar incidentes de segurança em ambientes Azure e AWS, incluindo IAM, APIs, containers e workloads cloud-native.
- Correlacionar detecções a frameworks de segurança e contextualizar adversários por meio de Threat Intelligence.
