Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Data Engineering team, you’ll have access to the research, knowledge, and tools to create leading-edge solutions across Avanade’s Business Intelligence practice. The role of Senior Engineer is perfect for ambitious technologists passionate about working with the latest Microsoft cloud technology and Microsoft experts. Our clients look to us for innovation, which means you’ll have early access to the newest Microsoft technologies so you can master them and stay ahead of the curve.

• Architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade analytics solutions based on Azure and Databricks technologies
• Mentoring of more junior team members and supporting their personal development 
• Constantly developing technical skills in the latest Azure and Databricks technologies - achieving & maintaining relevant certifications

本ポジションでは、お客様ごとの業務・データ・システム・制約に合わせたカスタム開発を前提に、チーム/プロジェクトレベルの責任範囲・視座において自走し、担当領域の設計・実装および品質に責任を持ちつつ、プロジェクト成果の創出に主体的に関与し、リードしていただきます。将来的には、顧客価値創出を担えるFDE（Forward Deployed Engineer）やエンタープライズアーキテクトへの成長を期待しています。

・責任範囲・視座：チーム/プロジェクトレベルで担当領域の設計・実装・品質に責任を持ち、最新技術動向を踏まえAIシステムを実現する。また、個別領域に閉じず、プロジェクト全体の成果に責任を持ち、デリバリーリードを補佐する立場として、進行・課題・品質を統合的に捉え、全体最適を推進する
・AIソリューション設計・実装（設計力：高、実装力：非常に高）
　- Agentic AIサービスの設計・実装（RAG/AIエージェント）
　- AIアーキテクチャの設計・実装（オーケストレーション/エージェント設計パターン/MCP・A2Aなど）
　- AIプラットフォームの活用（Microsoft Foundry/Amazon Bedrock/Gemini Enterprise Agent Platformなど）
　- フルスタックでの設計・開発（フロントエンド/バックエンド/クラウド/データ基盤/セキュリティなど）

・AI駆動開発および開発プロセスの自動化・最適化（GitHub Copilot/Claude Code/Agent Skills/AI-DLCなど）
・プロジェクトマネジメント（デリバリーリード補佐レベル）：プロジェクト推進・課題解決、設計/コードレビューによる品質担保、プロジェクトメンバーのサポート・育成、チーム横断の調整を通じたプロジェクト成果の達成への責任
・Client Facing/提案活動：お客様とのソリューション検討・提案、要件定義、合意形成
