Your role
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives, combining business insight, strategic design, data, technology and AI.
You will contribute across the full lifecycle: from understanding business challenges and defining value opportunities to co-designing solutions and supporting their implementation, helping clients of Consumer Goods and Retail industries move from ideas to tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or contribute to strategic transformation initiatives focused on growth, efficiency and customer experience, particularly in Retail & Consumer Goods.
Participate in end-to-end digital transformation programs, including AI and agent-based solutions
Apply strategic design and business design approaches to define innovative solutions aligned with business goals
Conduct business value assessments to identify impact opportunities and prioritize initiatives
Develop business cases, roadmaps and transformation plans to support decision-making and execution
Facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders to align vision, needs and solutions
Translate business challenges into actionable use cases, functional requirements and solution definitions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across business, data, technology and design
Support organizational change and adoption initiatives to ensure successful implementation
Leverage generative AI and copilots to explore new scenarios, enhance decision-making and unlock innovation opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
- Helping clients realize meaningful business growth through workplace transformation through Copilot and agents, you will work with account teams to shape, sell and coordinate the delivery of propositions that address client challenges
- Develop pragmatic, deliverable and sustainable Copilot solutions and roadmaps that allows clients to address their business needs and leverage the best value out of their Microsoft investments.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of future focused workplace and organization transformation propositions and solutions.
- Support the selling and implementation of Copilot propositions in response to market demand and digital trends.
- Assist senior team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.
- Delivering sales presentations to clients and responding to RFPs.
- Use experience of client facing engagements to build a positive project relationship, run workshops and lead clients to success.
- Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
- Lead a team of experts to work together to drive success in delivering solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
- Share practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and extensibility knowledge with global Avanade team members.

As a CRM Solution Development, you’ll be considered a learned professional that applies your subject matter expertise to design and implement D365 CRM On premise solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade’s projects. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining D365 CRM On premise solutions. Further, you are likely a great leader with vast CRM experience. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. Together we do what matters.
What you’ll do
- Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM Onpremise solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality execution, within Service Module
- Manage and mentor technical teams, driving accountability, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee D365 CRM customization, including entities, attributes, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
- Provide technical direction for API development and system integrations using C# Web APIs and RESTful services.
- Manage version control and code collaboration using Bitbucket or similar tools.
- Ensure effective deployment and configuration management through CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
- Coordinate and perform D365 CRM data migrations, preferably using SSIS or KingswaySoft.
- Implement and enforce unit testing practices using mock frameworks.
- Use tools like XRM Toolbox to enhance productivity and solution quality.
- Support the creation, packaging, and deployment of CRM solutions and environments.
