O que vais fazer

In a client-facing consulting role, you will work on exciting projects that transform our client’s solutions with a focus on the Microsoft Digital Identity capabilities as well as other leading market vendors (e.g. Saviynt & One Identity). As a member of our security practice, you will work for both Avanade and Accenture clients, ranging from medium to large global enterprise clients.

Chargeable individuals who design and implement solutions to ensure people have the appropriate access. Including Authentication, Authorization, Administration & Auditing, Identity Lifecyle Management, RBAC, External Identities (B2B and CIAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and implement Zero Trust Principles.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement modern authentication solutions (OAuth, SAML, token-based authentication, claims transformations).
- Manage identities and authentication services using Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and authentication methods.
- Enhance and secure Active Directory environments, including AD tiered models, GPOs, DNS, PKI/Certification Authority, and AD recovery.
- Manage IAM lifecycle processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, JML, IGA).
- Configure and maintain Entra ID Hybrid Sync and application provisioning (SCIM, custom attributes).
- Develop and implement External Identity solutions including Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues across AD, Entra ID, and authentication flows.
- Lead or contribute to solution design and delivery for identity projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Support privileged access management and secrets management initiatives.

As a Data Protection Senior Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of data protection, data governance, and privacy solutions for Avanade clients. You’ll work under the guidance of senior team members to help design, implement, and operate data protection capabilities while building strong foundational skills in security, compliance, and client delivery.
What you’ll do
Support client engagements focused on data protection, data governance, and compliance initiatives.
Assist with configuration and administration of Microsoft Purview capabilities (e.g., sensitivity labels/encryption, DLP policies, data classification/discovery, Insider Risk Management).
Participate in requirements gathering, workshops, and documentation efforts.
Execute assigned tasks within project plans and contribute to on-time, high-quality delivery.
Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, and client-ready deliverables.
Actively pursue learning, certifications, and hands-on experience in data protection technologies.
Contribute to emerging areas such as AI and agentic AI security, under guidance.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Consultant – Power BI Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise‑scale analytics solutions for Avanade clients using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric–based analytics architectures, along with Azure data platforms. You will work closely with client stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business needs into well‑architected, performant, and governable analytics solutions.
At this level, the role is hands‑on and client‑facing, balancing solution architecture responsibilities with delivery execution, technical leadership, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver end‑to‑end Power BI and Fabric-enabled analytics solutions, including semantic models, datasets, reports, and dashboards aligned to client business objectives.
Define Power BI and Microsoft Fabric architectural patterns that support scalability, performance, security, and self‑service analytics.
Serve as the Power BI technical lead within a project workstream, contributing to solution quality and delivery success.
Design optimized data models using Power BI, Fabric semantic models, DAX, SQL, and dimensional modeling best practices.
Integrate Power BI with Microsoft Fabric components (e.g., Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Pipelines) and collaborate with data engineering teams on ingestion, transformation, and refresh strategies.
Implement governance, security (including row‑level security), deployment, and lifecycle management practices aligned with enterprise and Fabric tenant standards.
Communicate architecture decisions and trade‑offs clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Mentor and support Power BI developers and analysts through design guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
