As an AI Engineer within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client’s business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You’ll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high-risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shape the strategic direction around data architecture. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that address real-world business challenges.
Implement AI solutions on Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
Implement and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accessibility for model development and production.
Work with cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, or GCP) to operationalize AI solutions, leveraging services like Azure ML, Azure AI Search, Azure Databricks, Azure OpenAI Service, Foundry Tools, Foundry, or their equivalents.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support the integration of AI models into production systems.
Stay current with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices, and proactively share knowledge with the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in model performance, data quality, and deployment pipelines.
Communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Per l'area Client Solution - Business Applications ricerchiamo un Solution Architect; contribuirai alla definizione, progettazione e promozione di soluzioni basate sull’ecosistema Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot).
Il ruolo è client facing con responsabilità su presales, supporto nel disegno della soluzione e transition alla delivery, agendo come punto di riferimento funzionale e applicativo in contesti complessi e multi-stakeholder.
E’ richiesta una solida capacità nella traduzione delle esigenze di business in soluzioni applicative scalabili, supportando anche attività di innovazione (AI, Copilot, automazione) all’interno dei processi aziendali e seguire le attività di definizione e proposizione delle soluzioni di Business Applications sul mercato nel processo di Go To Market nel contesto Mid-Market.

Demo, Prototipi
Progettare e realizzare demo e prototipi Business Applications per clienti, utilizzando strumenti dell’ecosistema Microsoft, in particolare Dynamics365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio e/o Azure AI Foundry nel contesto delle Business Applications
Supportare la creazione di proof of concept e demo narrative per rendere visibili scenari BA anche complessi in modo semplice ed efficace
Presales Business Application & Client Engagement
Supportare attività di presales BA, inclusa la preparazione e partecipazione agli incontri con clienti, workshop e sessioni di discovery.
Contribuire alla raccolta e strutturazione dei requisiti di business, interagendo con stakeholder IT e il business;
Supportare la qualificazione dei deal, valutandone fattibilità tecnica, impatto e coerenza con le piattaforme disponibili
Collaborare con team di Solution Architecture, Delivery e Design assicurando coerenza tra obiettivi di business e architettura applicativa.
Supportare la definizione di roadmap evolutive e modelli di adozione delle soluzioni end-to-end basate su Microsoft Dynamics 365 e Power Platform.

Summary
As a CRM Functional Consultant, you utilise your in-depth Business Analysis skills and industry knowledge to design Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform and AI based solutions to solve complex business problems. You will be primarily focused on leveraging your experience to design and implement Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and AI solutions on complex projects in medium to large enterprises.
You are also seen as an expert within the Dynamics 365 community and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test)
Leverage your Business Analysis and Industry expertise to conduct Business Process Analysis, capture Business Requirements, Design and Implement CRM solutions
Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
Design and Configure Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and AI Solutions
Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
Assist in sales activities and planning as required
Travel as needed. You will be required to travel based on Project requirements.
