Mark joined Avanade in January 2017 as a Senior Director across our Digital business as the National lead for Digital Customer offerings. Mark is focused on helping business leaders to drive improved business outcomes through a re-imagined customer experience that incorporates all areas of customer engagement including sales, marketing analytics, customer insights, campaign and content management and eCommerce.
Driving Digital maturity and improving customer experience is not something new to Mark. He has a career that has spanned more than two decades in the consulting and sports industries and has worked with an extensive range of clients, assisting them to navigate through complex transformation activities driven by a need to modernise their business in response to customer expectations, changes to their buying behaviour as well as the impact of business growth demands in a highly competitive consumer market. As an outcome, Mark is focused on the major areas of Digital from the web, design experience, sales processes, eCommerce, data, media, mobile and digital marketing.
Outside of work, Mark is as passionate about his family as he is about his work. He has two children who keep him busy on the weekends however he makes time for the sport he loves, cycling and training whenever he can to stay fit and healthy.
