MV Transportation is a transit leader that is looking to stay on top of technology, with changes such as moving to electric (EV) buses and training the next generation of senior technicians. The company wanted to start training technicians in a way that is self-driven, hands-on and immersive. It partnered with Avanade to create a new platform powered by Microsoft Hololens 2 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 that creates training materials quickly, increases safety, reduces error rates and training times, and improves the employee experience.
