Why connected home health can increase care team capacity
Make a positive human impact on care anywhere.

A Care at Home program offers patients personalised care in their homes as an alternative to being treated in hospital and provides Aged Care organisations an opportunity to offer more of their services. This gives patients greater independence, choice and comfort.
Leading healthcare organisations are already investing in the technology and infrastructure to establish these programs. The business case used to be primarily driven around lower costs and better patient experiences. However, as staffing shortages and clinician burnout continue to fuel unsustainable workloads, advanced technologies that enable care at home such as telemedicine and remote patient monitoring are receiving more attention at executive levels to help offset limited staffing and inpatient capacity.
