Michael has had a long journey from his home in Burundi to the United States. He is seeking asylum from persecution and is currently homed in a “last-mile” community center supported by a major nonprofit.
Michael needs to understand how his request for asylum is progressing. The nonprofit has provided him with access to a copilot enabled chatbot. The chatbot can translate information into 50+ languages, so Michael can pose his questions in Kirundi or French. He can also use the chatbot to help him prepare submissions for applications (for housing, legal support, medical etc..
