Du arbeitest in interdisziplinären Projektteams und unterstützt unsere Kund:innen dabei, die Implementierung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM zur Erfolgsstory zu machen. Unsere Projekte sind vielfältig und betreffen Kund:innen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen. Du arbeitest mit Projektteams und Expert:innen aus verschiedenen Bereichen zusammen, um End to End Prozesse zu definieren und Dienstleistungen auf Basis fundierter, technischer und fachlicher Expertise im Bereich Finanzen und Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM bereitzustellen. Mithilfe etablierter Methoden sorgst Du für eine transparente Darstellung von Prozessen, Aufgaben und Strukturen im Projektverlauf. Du bleibst am Puls der Zeit, indem Du dich kontinuierlich weiterbildest, neue Projekte umsetzt und in einem internationalen Umfeld mit vielfältigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten arbeitest. Ziel ist es, nachhaltige Lösungen zu schaffen und die ERP-Implementierung im Finanzbereich effizient zu gestalten.
Was dich erwartet
Projektarbeit
- Definition und Implementierung integrierter ERP-Lösungen mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, einschließlich der umfassenden Prozessberatung bei ERP-Einführungen im Finanzbereich sowie der Erarbeitung von Konzepten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen und der Abstimmung mit weiteren Workstreams.
Projektsteuerung & Support
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Planung, Controlling und Reporting, sowie Übernahme von Supportaufgaben im Kundenservice und in Presales-Projekten.
Training & Qualitätssicherung
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von User-Trainings zur Prozessdefinition sowie Koordination und Umsetzung von Tests und Trainings.
Was wir uns wünschen:
- Erfahrung in der Beratung (mind. 5 Jahre) von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
- Fundiertes Prozessverständnis im Bereich Finance sowie Erfahrung mit Schnittstellen und Werteflüssen innerhalb von ERP-Systemen.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens B2) sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte anschaulich darzustellen und im agilen Team zu arbeiten.
- Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denken, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Dienstleistungsorientierung, Freude an neuen Herausforderungen und Bereitschaft zu projektabhängigen Reisen.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich

As an ERP Functional Architect, you'll be the linchpin in crafting integrated D365 ERP solutions that reshape business landscapes. Key Responsibilities
Lead business case identification and prioritization based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals.
Shape and execute enterprise-level Copilot adoption strategies that align with business priorities and transformation goals.
Facilitate structured readiness assessments to evaluate organizational, skilling, and enablement maturity and recommend practical action plans.
Develop and support execution of skilling, enablement, and internal communications strategies to drive user engagement and adoption.
Engage business and IT stakeholders to monitor progress, track value, and optimize adoption strategies based on feedback and usage signals.

Persona & workflow analysis: Build “day-in-the-life” task inventories; run time-and-motion studies; convert to AI transformation workflow with Pre/post measurement plan (baseline source + target metrics).
Drive Prompt Pattern Labs and produce prompt “recipes” mapped to the customer’s context, a “good→better→best” prompt ladder and lab handouts.
Analytics: Pull from M365 Admin Center usage/adoption, Adoption Score category measures, Viva Insights aggregated behavior signals, and Forms surveys to triangulate reach, activation, depth, and behavior change. Maintain a KPI dictionary with thresholds and experiment guardrails
Knowledgeably articulate principle of AI Safety, author acceptable-use and safe-prompting guidelines; run short user safety briefs. create a risk register (data leakage, hallucination), an incident comms playbook, and quick drills.
Socialize Microsoft Responsible AI principles (fairness, reliability & safety, privacy & security, inclusiveness, transparency, accountability). Embed in training/comms with clear escalation paths.
Core Consulting Competencies
7–10+ years in enterprise ACM with Microsoft 365; 2+ years in short-format consulting (workshops/accelerators).
Demonstrated ability to produce assets same-day: backlogs, labs, comms, KPI scaffolds.
Ability to rapidly scope and tailor engagement set to constraints (time, role mix, data access).
Multi-industry exposure; comfort switching contexts multiple times per week.
Facilitate exec and practitioner discussions; keep decisions moving with visible timers, parking lot, and a decision log.
Facilitation & objection handling: Convert “AI fear/quality/safety” into experiments with owners and dates; keep rooms outcome focused.
