Aaron Reich, Avanade's CTO, spearheads Avanade’s technology vision and innovation, with a keen focus on incubating advanced technologies for our global clients. His tenure at Avanade since 2012 includes leading the Emerging Technology division, enhancing capabilities in areas like SG, digital twins, and AI. With a BA in Business, Aaron's passion for technology is rooted in his early experiences with computing. Based in Seattle, he actively mentors startups and contributes to community well-being as a board president.

Henrique is the Microsoft Solutions Lead for Data & AI in the UK. A technology leader with 15+ years experience in software services and product sales, both in private and public companies. Previously Managing Director for a UK HR tech business, he has held leadership positions at Accenture, Salesforce, and G2, leading digital transformation programmes at large global organisations. Henrique is based in London, where he lives with his wife and 2 young children.
