We are seeking for an AI Intern to join Avanade’s AI Engineering Team. You’ll join a community of smart, supportive collaborators to lift, mentor and guide you. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates in 2026 or students in their final semester, graduating in 2026. You will be required to commit for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Build agent prototypes and proofs of concept for client use cases using modern agentic frameworks

• Contribute to live delivery projects alongside senior AI engineers, covering design, development, testing, and technical documentation

• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demos, preparing materials and presenting prototypes to technical and business stakeholders

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into working agentic solutions and share learnings back to the organization

What you will do: 

• Desarrollar proyectos de IA enfocado al diseño 3D abordando tareas desde la conceptualización hasta la implementación y despliegue. 

• Diseñar e implementar modelos y soluciones automatizadas de IA utilizando Python y herramientas relacionadas. 

• Desarrollar sistemas de monitorización para controla el degradamiento de los modelos generados. 

• Creación de pipelines para el despliegue de modelos sobre Azure y automatizar el reentrenamiento de los mismos. 

• Trabajar con herramientas de diseño 3D, tanto paramétricas cómo no paramétricas como Freecad y Blender. 

• Aplicar algoritmos matemáticos en los sistemas de IA. 

• Evaluar y comparar modelos de inteligencia artificial. 

• Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias en IA y tecnologías Microsoft para integrar las mejores prácticas en los proyectos.

役割の定義 

セキュリティソリューションの技術的なオーナーとして、お客様の課題に対する最適なアーキテクチャを定義し、ゼロベースからの設計・構築を完遂する。単なる「実装」に留まらず、その技術を採用する必然性を論理的に導き出し、プロジェクトの技術的根拠を支える中心人物となる。 

主な業務・実績 

• お客様のビジネス要件を深く理解し、Microsoftセキュリティ製品群（Entra ID, Purview等）を中心とした最適なシステム構成の策定。 

• 既存の枠組みがないプロジェクトにおいて、設計指針の作成から実際の環境構築までを自律的に遂行する。 

• 技術選定のプロセスにおいて、コスト・運用負荷・セキュリティ強度の観点から複数の選択肢を比較検証し、その妥当性をクライアントへ論理的にプレゼンテーションする。
