As a Project Delivery Lead, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Microsoft Opportunities Azure, Dynamics ERP/CRM, Power Platforms, implementations across Southeast Asia, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget while client management across boards internal of deals, and to the highest quality standards. You will bring strong strategic and delivery leadership to manage complex fixed-price engagements, engage senior stakeholders, and steer execution, decision-making, and overall delivery success across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technology project implementations across multiple countries, ensuring successful execution within a regional delivery model.

• Interpret and manage contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with scope, commercial terms, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Operate within consulting and solution implementation environments, driving structured delivery while adapting to client-specific needs.

• Engage confidently with CXO and senior business stakeholders, manage escalations, navigate complex situations, and build long-term, trusted client relationships.

• Apply technical expertise in Microsoft Opportunities represented, i.e Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM (or equivalent) to:

  • Challenge and guide delivery teams

  • Contribute to architecture and integration discussions

  • Drive informed solution decisions

• Lead cross-functional teams by driving accountability, resolving conflicts, and maintaining delivery momentum, especially in high-pressure environments.

• Navigate and manage projects across Southeast Asia (SEA) by adapting to regional nuances, diverse teams, and varying client expectations.

• Leverage AI capabilities within the SDLC (where applicable) to improve delivery efficiency, innovation, and overall project outcomes.

• Manage commercially sensitive fixed-price projects end-to-end, ensuring strong governance across:

  • Scope and change management

  • Project planning and scheduling

  • Financial tracking and cost control

  • Risk identification and mitigation

  • Delivery execution and quality

• Drive results and continuous improvement in ambiguous or unstructured environments, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes.

• Foster a customer-centric culture, building strong relationships while leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

• Independently manage large, complex Across BU/Practice Domains within Avanade i.e ERP/CRM programs end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to closure.

Responsabilités clés

• Identifier et acquérir de nouveaux clients sur un périmètre défini (industrie, territoire ou segment).

• Construire et exécuter une stratégie de chasse proactive, en s’appuyant sur la prospection multicanale et l’écosystème Microsoft.

• Originer, qualifier et structurer des opportunités à forte valeur, en comprenant les enjeux business et technologiques des prospects.

• Vendre les offres de transformation digitale d’Avanade, avec un focus sur un ou plusieurs domaines d’expertise ciblés.

• Orchestrer les équipes internes (solutioning, delivery, finance, juridique) pour bâtir des propositions différenciantes et rentables.

• Piloter les cycles de vente complexes jusqu’au closing, incluant négociation commerciale et contractuelle.

• Gérer le pipeline et le forecast avec rigueur, et assurer un passage de relais structuré après signature.
