We are seeking for an AI Intern to join Avanade’s AI Engineering Team. You’ll join a community of smart, supportive collaborators to lift, mentor and guide you. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates in 2026 or students in their final semester, graduating in 2026. You will be required to commit for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Build agent prototypes and proofs of concept for client use cases using modern agentic frameworks

• Contribute to live delivery projects alongside senior AI engineers, covering design, development, testing, and technical documentation

• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demos, preparing materials and presenting prototypes to technical and business stakeholders

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into working agentic solutions and share learnings back to the organization

• Collaborate with strategists, designers, engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to the “big picture” while sweating the details slides, user flows, or that one killer insight.
• Work on impactful projects in Southeast Asia not just “slides in the corner,” but initiatives that touch citizens, patients, and customers at scale.
• Learn directly from senior strategists, designers, and AI innovators (your mentors are advising governments and Fortune 500s).
• Experiment with the latest Microsoft tech stack (Azure, OpenAI, Power Platform, Dynamics, Azure).

Responsabilidades:

• Planejar, elaborar e executar casos e cenários de teste com base nos requisitos definidos
• Validar continuamente a qualidade das entregas ao longo do ciclo de desenvolvimento
• Identificar, registrar e acompanhar defeitos e inconsistências
• Garantir aderência aos critérios de aceite e aos padrões de qualidade estabelecidos
• Atuar em parceria com times técnicos e stakeholders para promover entregas de alto valor
• Contribuir para a definição e evolução da estratégia de testes (funcional, integrado, regressivo e end-to-end)
• Executar e gerenciar testes utilizando Azure DevOps (Test Plans, Suites e Test Cases)
• Realizar testes de performance utilizando ferramentas como k6 e JMeter
• Utilizar agentes (Agentic AI) para apoiar a execução e eficiência dos testes
• Elaborar documentação de testes, evidências e apoiar processos de homologação
• Identificar e sinalizar riscos relacionados à qualidade, performance e estabilidade
