Cosa Farai
Come Infrastructure Solution Architect, sarai responsabile della progettazione e della definizione di soluzioni infrastrutturali complesse in ambienti cloud e ibridi, con un focus su Microsoft Azure.
Collaborerai con team tecnici e stakeholder di business per trasformare i requisiti dei clienti in soluzioni scalabili, sicure e ottimizzate in termini di performance e costi.
In particolare ti occuperai di:
Disegnare architetture end-to-end basate su Azure, garantendo resilienza, sicurezza e conformità alle best practice.
Guidare iniziative di migrazione di workload da ambienti on-premise o multi-tenant verso Azure.
Definire strategie di disaster recovery e business continuity.
Implementare processi di Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tramite Terraform, Bicep o ARM Templates.
Supportare le fasi di pre-sales e design authority, fornendo analisi tecniche, stime e linee guida architetturali.
Collaborare con team cross-funzionali per garantire che le soluzioni siano coerenti con gli standard aziendali e le politiche di sicurezza.
Promuovere una cultura di innovazione, automazione e miglioramento continuo all’interno dei team di progetto.

Key Responsibilities:
- Helping clients realize meaningful business growth through workplace transformation through Copilot and agents, you will work with account teams to shape, sell and coordinate the delivery of propositions that address client challenges
- Develop pragmatic, deliverable and sustainable Copilot solutions and roadmaps that allows clients to address their business needs and leverage the best value out of their Microsoft investments.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of future focused workplace and organization transformation propositions and solutions.
- Support the selling and implementation of Copilot propositions in response to market demand and digital trends.
- Assist senior team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.
- Delivering sales presentations to clients and responding to RFPs.
- Use experience of client facing engagements to build a positive project relationship, run workshops and lead clients to success.
- Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.

Participar en proyectos multidisciplinares.
Diseñar y desarrollar de copilots/agentes en Microsoft Copilot Studio, desde la definición del caso de uso hasta el despliegue y la mejora continua.
Diseñar y orquestar arquitecturas multiagente (Agent-to-Agent), coordinando la interacción entre copilots especializados (por usuario, rol o contexto) para resolver procesos complejos end-to-end de forma escalable.
Implementar automatizaciones y orquestación con Power Automate (acciones, aprobaciones, integraciones, RPA cuando aplique) y, cuando sea necesario, enriquecer con Power Apps.
Integrar copilots con Power Platform, M365, Teams, Dataverse, Azure y APIs (REST), conectando sistemas corporativos y fuentes de datos (incluyendo conectores estándar y personalizados).
Diseñar soluciones de grounding y recuperación de información (RAG) con SharePoint, Dataverse u otras fuentes de conocimiento
Acompañar workshops con negocio y tecnología: descubrimiento, definición de requisitos, diseño de conversación, arquitectura funcional/técnica, y demostraciones iterativas.
Colaborar estrechamente con perfiles funcionales, arquitectos/as, seguridad, change/adoption y equipos del cliente, actuando como referente técnico con mentalidad consultiva.
Incorporar principios de Responsible AI: trazabilidad, explicabilidad cuando aplique, minimización de sesgos, seguridad y uso responsable de datos, además de controles para evitar “over-sharing”.

1. Service Delivery Management:
· Take ownership for the effective delivery of commercially successful engagements within an ITIL and DevOps services framework.
· Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services to clients, ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues promptly.
· Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance service quality and efficiency.
· Manage the release management cycle, planning, resourcing, and governance to successfully release new service components through to deployment.
· Lead the continued adoption of Agile practices to create a culture of continuous integration in a client-facing environment.
· Lead the UKDC team members delivering at the customer site, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
2. Client Success Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

· Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues.
· Conduct regular Reviews with clients to review their progress and address any needs or challenges.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to clients.
3. Client Success Account Management:
· Manage a portfolio of UKDC client accounts, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.

4. Reporting and Analysis:
