Fatima is a volunteer for a homeless charity. Her role is to collect food from hospitality outlets and deliver it to kitchens for the homeless. Knowing how long each journey is going to take her, is very important in managing her time.

Fatima accesses a Microsoft AI chatbot, with Copilot, to access the information she needs on a day-to-day basis. It lets her know where she is picking up from, along with up-to-date traffic information to estimate her journey time. Once onsite, the Copilot enables her to answer questions for her beneficiaries, such as where they might find a bed for the night.
