Key Responsibilities
As a Power Platform Management Consultant, your focus is on Power Platform solutions within the Workplace services field. Day to day you will design and implement Power Platform applications to meet client requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions. You will apply your expertise in the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 suite of products translating business requirements into technical deliverables, estimating and managing timing, workforce and demand supply process, and addressing task backlog as well as unit testing phasis for continuous improvement of client solutions. You will share best practices for Power Platform solutions with global Avanade team members and attend partner events for knowledge and delivery model sharing.
You have previous and solid experience with:
Designing and developing Power Automate flows.
Applying strong business analysis methodology and requirements-gathering skills.

The Opportunity
We are growing our Sweden OCM Advisory practice and are seeking experienced change and transformation consultants s who bring strong consulting skills alongside deep change expertise - and who are motivated to work at the forefront of AI‑enabled transformation.
This role goes beyond traditional change delivery. We are looking for individuals who can:
Situate change within business strategy, operating model, market context, and AI ambition
Shape conversations with senior leaders on how AI changes work, decisions, skills, and value creation
Strengthen Avanade’s credibility with clients and sales teams by positioning OCM as a strategic enabler of AI adoption and business outcomes

What You’ll Do
As an experienced consultant within OCM Advisory, you will:
Lead and deliver change within AI‑enabled business transformations, connecting initiatives to strategy, operating model, business KPIs, and market positioning
Design and execute change strategies that support AI adoption, including impacts on roles, decision‑making, ways of working, and leadership behaviors
Advise senior stakeholders on organizational readiness for AI, including skills, culture, trust, governance, and responsible adoption
Work closely with strategy, technology, data, and AI teams to deliver integrated transformation engagements
Apply consulting disciplines such as problem structuring, business analysis, and insight‑led storytelling to frame complex AI‑driven change challenges
Translate AI concepts into clear, business‑relevant narratives that resonate with executives and frontline leaders
Contribute to client shaping and pre‑sales activity, helping sellers’ position OCM as critical to AI value realisation - not just implementation support
Partner with sales and account teams to shape value propositions that link AI, people change, and business outcomes

The Sweden Data & Artificial Intelligence Practice Lead is responsible for driving the practices growth and solidifying Avanade’s position as a leading strategic partner. Reporting to the Sweden Practices Lead and aligning with the global practice, this role ensures Azure Data, Analytics services and Artificial Intelligence technical solution excellence and delivery integrity. The Sweden Data & Artificial Intelligence Lead will oversee technical execution, cultivate team skills in current and emerging Microsoft technologies, and implement a comprehensive talent strategy to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Implement the global Data & Artificial Intelligence practices strategy within Sweden.
Set and communicate Sweden practice priorities.
Lead Swedens Data & Artificial Intelligence Practice in line with agreed plans and KPIs.
Provide feedback loop upwards to drive continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for inorganic growth.
Own and extend client relationships, becoming a client advisor with tangible contributions within Sweden and clients, helping broaden the the client network, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Cultivate and sustain a close working relationship with local Microsoft Product Engineering Groups and relevant Accenture leaders; and with on-, near, and offshore delivery centers positioning us as the partner of choice and important source of product feature feedback.
Establish and maintain close relationships with key ecosystem partners in Sweden to facilitate collaboration in solutioning and delivery.
Stay informed of client feedback, emerging trends, and innovations, providing ideas to global for new opportunities for practice-relevant solutions to maintain competitive edge.
Foster and incubate innovations locally. Help establish and support innovative strategies to lower our cost to serve based on market demands.

Ensure Swedens Data & Artificial Intelligence practice has sufficient capacity to support client teams from pre-sales assets, to solutioning, to delivery of practice-related solutions.
Contribute to and execute the global growth program within the practice for critical skills, including certifications, to keep employees in all sourcing options (on-, near-, & offshore) at the forefront of current and emerging Microsoft technologies.
Leverage global job families, skills, & project roles to deliver consistent practice solutions.
In alignment with the global practice and Swedish client teams, define a holistic country‑level talent strategy for Sweden that includes skills, headcount, and location across all sourcing options to meet client demand, support the I&D agenda, and develop a future-ready workforce.
Own accountability for Swedens practice market utilization and chargeability, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Collaborate to address any staffing challenges that arise.
Execute local programs to drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being, cultivating a highly skilled and motivated workforce within the practice.
Communicate career pathways, support leadership development, and own succession planning for the practice. Drive employees to broaden their skill sets, secure promotions, and encourage experience in diverse roles.
Own talent and performance management processes for assigned practice members in Sweden. Includes accountability for leading Talent Discussions, understanding talent pipeline, and making pay and promotion decisions in collaboration with HR to ensure consistent standards and reward structures are used.
